Our history

Founded

Poyo Esports was founded on April 29, 2026, by HoursJ and ShayLoup, officially entering the esports scene as an extension of Poyo Cup, a well-known Fortnite tournament organizer.

The begining

On May 1, Poyo Esports signed its first French VALORANT roster, bringing together some of the region’s top talent. The announcement quickly gained major attention across the VALORANT scene, and they won the Spike Tour France and officially marked the start of Poyo Esports’ competitive journey.

Poyo Esports entered the Fortnite scene by signing two major players, RepairsFN and LoriFN, alongside well-known Fortnite coach Stormy. The announcement made an immediate impact quickly establishing Poyo Esports as a serious name within the Fortnite scene.

On May 29, Poyo Esports made its first appearance on the global stage at the Fortnite FNCS Major 1 Summit LAN in Germany.
